Share your journey to wellness with other like-minded individuals! Fred Parker Wellness offers Guided Meditation, Sound Bath, Reiki Sound Bath, and Breathwork sessions as group therapy. Our group therapy sessions include a social time where decaffeinated herbal tea is served.

We align with the cycle of the moon and offer sound baths on and around the new moon and full moon each month. Many of our sound baths incorporate Reiki healing into the session as a Reiki practitioner shares her healing energy.

Our classes are hosted by various experienced wellness practitioners in our Group Therapy Room, featuring a floor-to-ceiling Himalayan Salt Wall. We provide yoga mats, pillows, and blankets. Cubicles are available to store small items during class sessions. And Fred Parker Wellness always validates for free parking.
